Our Video Caller ID feature lets you introduce yourself with a short, engaging video, ensuring you stand out and make a lasting first impression. Video calls will always be different after you try our app!

When is a Video Caller ID needed?

When reaching out to someone you discovered in the Explore section for the first time, it's important to wait for them to accept your call before proceeding. It's not possible to directly call users in the Explore section. However, once a user accepts your initial call, you can communicate with each other directly.

What is a Standard Call (Video)?

When a user has multiple recorded Video Caller IDs, they have the option to choose a specific video ID to be set as the default. This selected video ID is then referred to as the Standard Call (Video), and it is utilized when making outbound calls.

What is a Personalized Call?

If the user prefers, they have the option to create a custom recording instead of using the pre-recorded Video IDs or Standard Call (Voice). In this scenario, the user would record a one-time video specifically for the current call, and this custom recording would be played at the recipient's end of the call.
