Change Email

Changing your email address within our app is a straightforward process. This is particularly useful if you need to update your contact information or if you are unable to receive SMS messages for verification.

Follow these detailed steps to change your email address:

  1. Launch the FaceCall app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap on the Profile tab, located at the bottom of the app screen.

  3. Within the Profile section, look for Settings. Tap on it to access the Account Settings.

  4. In the Account settings, find the Email Address option and tap on it.

  5. Select Edit and Change Email.

  6. Clear the existing email address and type in your new desired email address. Make sure to double-check for any typos or errors.

  7. To ensure the security and validity of your new email address, the app will send a verification code. Since you may not be able to receive SMS messages, this code will be sent to your new email address.

  8. Tap Next once you're done and type in the code that was sent to your email and proceed to Verify your email.
