Public Profile
A Public Profile is designed to be accessible to a broader audience. This type of Profile allows you to share your information with the general public, making it ideal for users who want to reach and connect with more people, such as influencers, public figures, or anyone looking to expand their network. Once your Public Profile is created and approved according to FaceCall's guidelines, it becomes visible to anyone using the FaceCall app.
Friends & Contacts
A Friends & Contacts Profile is intended for more private interactions. This type of Profile ensures that your information is only visible to people you know and trust, providing a secure environment for personal connections. Only users who mutually follow each other (i.e., both parties have agreed to follow one another) can see your Friends & Contacts Profile. This mutual following ensures a trusted connection.
FaceCall Users in Your Contacts
In addition to mutual friends, FaceCall users saved in your device's contact list can also view your Friends & Contacts Profile. This feature allows you to connect seamlessly with people you already know.
How do I edit who can see my profile photo on FaceCall?
Here are the steps to edit who can see your profile photo on FaceCall:
- Open the FaceCall app on your mobile device.
- Tap on the Settings tab found in your Profile.
- Tap on Privacy and Security, then select Profile Photo.
- Choose your desired visibility option:
- Everyone: All FaceCall users can see your profile photo.
- Friends & Contacts: Only users saved in your contacts and friends can see your profile photo.
- Nobody: No one can see your profile photo.
Will other people be able to see my phone number?
When you invite others to join your FaceCall community, your personal information remains private. We do not share your personal details with anyone. During the registration process, we request your phone number to verify your identity and ensure that you are a real person. This helps us in preventing fake accounts and stopping robocallers from using our platform.
