Two-Step Verification, also known as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), is an added layer of security for your FaceCall account. It requires not only your password but also a second form of verification, such as a code sent to your mobile device or generated by an authentication app. This helps ensure that only you can access your account, even if someone else knows your password.
How do I use Two-Step Verification when logging in?
Once Two-Step Verification is enabled, here’s how to log in to your FaceCall account:
- Enter Your Credentials: Open FaceCall and enter your registered phone number.
- Enter Verification Code: You will be prompted to enter a verification code. Depending on your chosen method, you will either:
- SMS: Receive a code via SMS on your registered phone number. Enter this code in the app.
- Authentication App: Open your authentication app and enter the code it generates.
- Access Your Account: Once you enter the correct verification code, you will be logged into your FaceCall account.
