Security Notifications

Your chats and calls are private. End-to-end encryption ensures that your messages and calls are only visible to you and the people you choose. Not even FaceCall can read or listen to them.

This includes your:

  • Text and voice messages
  • Audio and voice calls
  • Photos, videos, and documents
  • Location sharing

Turning on Show Security Notifications will notify you when the security code changes for a contact's phone in an end-to-end encrypted chat. Follow these steps to enable them:

  1. Open Your Profile: Tap on profile tab to access your account settings.
  2. Navigate to Settings: Enter the settings menu from your profile.
  3. Select Privacy and Security: Scroll through the settings and tap on Privacy and Security.
  4. Choose Security Notifications: Find the Security Notifications option in the list and tap on it.
  5. Enable Security Notifications: Toggle the switch to turn on Show Security Notifications.
