Blocking and Reporting Users

If you wish to discontinue receiving FaceCall messages, voice calls, and video calls from specific contacts, you can block them. Additionally, if you find any content that you find problematic, you can report it to us. We take such reports seriously and will take appropriate action.

If you believe there is an immediate danger to yourself or someone else, we strongly advise you to contact your local emergency services for assistance. Your safety is of the utmost importance to us.

When you block a contact or an unknown number:

  • Your last seen status, online status, and any changes made to your profile photo will not be visible to the contacts you've blocked.
  • Messages and calls sent by the contact will not show up on your phone and won’t be delivered to you.
  • Blocking a contact will not remove them from your contacts list, nor will it remove you from the list on the contact's phone.
  • When you block a contact, the existing chat will remain in your chat list. If you wish to remove it from your chat list, you can choose to delete the chat completely.
  • After blocking someone, you have the option to unblock them or delete the chat. You'll see Unblock at the bottom of your screen when you access your chat, which will unable you to message the user. You can also unblock them by clicking Unblock.
  • You will also see updates in your conversation about blocking or unblocking a contact.
