Understanding Message Status and Details

What do the check marks mean?

One checkmark check.png - the message has been delivered to the FaceCall app and your friend has been notified if they have notifications enabled.

Two blue check marks double-check.png - the message has been read; your friend opened FaceCall and opened the conversation containing the message.

How do I view message information in FaceCall?

The Message Info feature in FaceCall allows you to view detailed information about the messages you have sent, including the date and time the message was sent, whether it was delivered and read, and the corresponding date and time for these actions.

Follow the steps below to access the Message Info:

  1. Open FaceCall App: Launch the FaceCall app on your device and navigate to the Chats tab.
  2. Select the Conversation: Open the conversation that contains the message for which you want to view information.
  3. Access Message Options: Tap and hold on the specific message you sent. A menu will appear with several options.
  4. Select Info: In the menu that appears, tap the Info option. This will open the Message Info screen.
  5. View Message Info: The Message Info screen will display detailed information about the message, including:
    • Sent: The date and time the message was sent.
    • Delivered: The date and time the message was delivered to the recipient.
    • Read: The date and time the recipient read the message.
    • Elapsed Time: How long ago the message was sent, delivered, and read.
