About devices FaceCall supports

  iOS   Android

FaceCall works on many iOS devices. This includes:

  • Apple devices running iOS 13.0 or later
  • Apple devices that can receive SMS messages or calls.

For the best experience using FaceCall on iOS:

  • Use the latest iOS version available.
  • Don’t use jailbroken or unlocked devices. We don’t support modified versions of the iPhone operating system.

We stop supporting older devices and operating systems on an ongoing basis. This is so we can support newer ones and keep up with the latest technological advances.

We’ll tell you if we stop supporting your device or operating system. We’ll remind you to upgrade your device to continue using FaceCall. We’ll also keep this article updated.

How we choose what to support

We regularly review the operating systems we support and make updates to accommodate changes in devices and software. Annually, we assess older devices and software with fewer users. These devices may lack the latest security updates or the necessary functionality to run FaceCall.

What happens if your operating system is no longer supported

Before we stop supporting your operating system, you will receive notifications in FaceCall and be reminded multiple times to upgrade. We will regularly update this page to ensure that the latest supported operating systems are listed.
