Sometimes, there's a short delay before a new or updated feature becomes available to everyone on FaceCall. You may not see changes that others can, and vice versa.
This is due to a few reasons:
- Phased Launch: We may roll out new features gradually worldwide for various reasons, so the feature might not be available in your country or region yet.
- App Update: If you are using an older version of FaceCall, the feature might be available to others. Make sure to constantly update FaceCall to the latest version through Google Play or the App Store.
- Device Specific: Some new or updated features are available on specific devices first. For example, iPhone users might see a particular feature before Android users, and vice versa.
- Slow Release: Sometimes, we release features slowly, so it might take a few hours, days, or weeks before every user can access a new or updated feature.
Please note that you cannot disable new features or revert to an older version of FaceCall. It's not possible to customize or rearrange the location of features or the layout of tabs in FaceCall.
We are continuously working to improve our products. To stay updated with FaceCall's features, keep an eye on our Help Center and social media channels.
