There are several reasons why you might not be able to see this information:
- Privacy Settings: You or the user might have changed your privacy settings to hide this information.
- Contact Sync: You and the user both need to resync your contacts.
- Blocked: You’re blocked by the user.
- Contact List: You need to save them as a contact.
- Interaction History: They haven’t messaged you before or saved you as a contact.
- Network Issues: There might be a temporary network issue. Log out of FaceCall and log back in to see if this helps.
